These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Oppa Ride mobile applications, website, and related transportation booking and mobility services (collectively, the “Platform”). Oppa Ride is operated by Fastpoint Enterprises Inc. (“Fastpoint,” “Oppa Ride,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the Transportation Network Company (TNC) operating the Oppa Ride platform.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or requesting or using a ride or other service through Oppa Ride, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Oppa Ride Privacy Policy.
1About Oppa Ride
Oppa Ride is a technology platform operated by Fastpoint Enterprises Inc. that enables passengers to request, arrange, and manage transportation services with eligible drivers and transportation service providers within authorized service areas.
Fastpoint Enterprises Inc., as the TNC operating Oppa Ride, operates subject to applicable Philippine laws, rules, regulations, accreditation conditions, and requirements of relevant government agencies, including the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), where applicable.
Availability of ride types, vehicles, destinations, payment methods, advance bookings, and other services may vary by location. Worldwide availability of the mobile application does not mean that transportation services are available worldwide. Actual ride services are available only within Oppa Ride’s active and authorized service areas.
2Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law to use the Platform independently. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, mobile device, verification codes, passwords, and other login credentials. You must promptly notify Oppa Ride if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization. An account is intended for the registered user’s use and may not be transferred, sold, or used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
3Requesting and Booking a Ride
To request or book a ride, you must provide the required pickup location, destination, ride category, and other information requested by the Platform.
Driver and vehicle availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by location, demand, traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, emergencies, and other circumstances. A driver’s acceptance of a request does not guarantee completion of the trip where circumstances reasonably prevent the driver from reaching the passenger or completing the journey.
For scheduled or advance bookings, pickup times remain subject to driver availability and actual road and operating conditions unless the Platform expressly states otherwise.
4Fares, Fees and Charges
Applicable fares and charges may be calculated based on factors permitted under applicable rules and regulations, which may include distance, travel time, applicable booking or service charges, tolls, government-mandated charges, and other authorized components.
Where the Platform displays an estimated fare, the final fare may differ due to changes in the actual route, trip duration, destination, waiting time, tolls, or other circumstances affecting the completed journey. Passengers are responsible for paying all legitimate charges associated with their trip.
Discounts required by Philippine law, including applicable Senior Citizen and Person with Disability (PWD) discounts, will be provided subject to applicable laws, regulations, verification requirements, and eligibility.
5Payment
Available payment methods may include cash, electronic payments, cards, QR payments, wallets, or other payment methods made available through the Platform. By selecting an electronic payment method, you authorize processing of the applicable amount through the relevant payment provider.
Oppa Ride may use third-party payment processors and financial institutions to facilitate payments. Their separate terms, conditions, and privacy practices may apply. Users must not initiate fraudulent payments, unauthorized chargebacks, or otherwise attempt to avoid legitimate trip charges.
6Cancellations and No-Shows
Passengers and drivers may cancel a booking subject to the cancellation rules displayed in the Platform and applicable regulations. A cancellation or no-show fee may apply where permitted and properly disclosed, including where a driver has already traveled toward the pickup point or waited for the passenger.
Oppa Ride may waive or adjust a cancellation charge when appropriate, including where cancellation resulted from a driver issue, Platform error, safety concern, or other circumstance warranting review.
7Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate pickup and destination information; be ready at the agreed pickup location within a reasonable time; treat drivers, other passengers, and third parties respectfully; comply with applicable laws and reasonable safety requirements; use seat belts and other required safety equipment where available and required; refrain from damaging or excessively soiling a vehicle; refrain from carrying illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items; refrain from threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, violent, or unlawful conduct; and avoid conduct that may distract the driver or create an unsafe journey.
Passengers may be responsible for reasonable cleaning or damage costs attributable to their conduct, subject to investigation and supporting evidence.
8Safety
Oppa Ride places importance on passenger and driver safety. Users should verify the vehicle and driver information displayed in the Platform before beginning a trip. Passengers should use available in-app safety and trip-sharing features where appropriate.
In an emergency, users should immediately contact the appropriate police, medical, fire, or other emergency authority. Oppa Ride is not an emergency response service. Safety concerns involving an Oppa Ride trip should also be reported through Oppa Ride’s available support channels.
9Driver and Vehicle Information
Oppa Ride may display information concerning the assigned driver and vehicle to help passengers identify their ride. Users must not misuse, publish, sell, or otherwise process driver information for purposes unrelated to legitimate use, safety, support, or resolution of a particular transportation service.
10Promotions, Discounts and Referral Programs
Oppa Ride may offer promotional fares, vouchers, discounts, rewards, referral programs, or other benefits from time to time. Offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, locations, usage limits, and other conditions. Oppa Ride may refuse or withdraw promotional benefits obtained through fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, abuse, or violation of applicable promotional terms.
11Ratings, Feedback and Complaints
Passengers may be able to rate drivers and submit feedback regarding completed trips. Feedback must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material.
Complaints regarding drivers, fares, payments, safety, lost property, or other services may be submitted through Oppa Ride’s customer-support channels. Oppa Ride may investigate complaints and take appropriate action in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
12Lost Property
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. If an item is left in a vehicle, Oppa Ride may assist in facilitating communication between the passenger and driver, but recovery of lost property cannot be guaranteed. Users should not disclose unnecessary personal information when arranging the return of lost property.
13Suspension or Termination of Accounts
Oppa Ride may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, safety concerns, unlawful activity, repeated non-payment, material violation of these Terms, or other legitimate grounds. Where appropriate and permitted by law, users may contact Oppa Ride to seek clarification or review of an account restriction.
14Privacy and Personal Data
Oppa Ride processes personal information necessary to provide, secure, administer, and improve its services, which may include account information, contact details, location information, trip information, transaction information, device information, and communications with customer support.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Oppa Ride Privacy Policy, Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its implementing rules and regulations, and other applicable requirements.

15Location Services
Location information is fundamental to the operation of a ride-hailing service. The Platform may use location information to identify pickup locations, locate available drivers, facilitate navigation, calculate or estimate trips, provide safety functionality, prevent fraud, and support trip-related inquiries.
Certain features may not function properly if required location permissions are disabled. Location information will be handled in accordance with the Oppa Ride Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
16Third-Party Services
The Platform may incorporate or link to services provided by third parties, including mapping, navigation, communications, payment, cloud, analytics, and other technology providers. Where applicable, use of those third-party services may also be governed by the respective provider’s terms and privacy policies.
17Platform Availability
Oppa Ride endeavors to provide reliable access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, telecommunications interruptions, internet connectivity, system upgrades, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
18Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fastpoint Enterprises Inc. and Oppa Ride will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right, remedy, obligation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law. Any limitation contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19Intellectual Property
The Oppa Ride name, logo, application, website, software interface, graphics, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Fastpoint Enterprises Inc. and/or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or use such intellectual property without authorization except where permitted by applicable law.
20Changes to These Terms
Fastpoint Enterprises Inc. may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Oppa Ride services, technology, business practices, regulatory requirements, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means where required. The current version will be published on the Oppa Ride website with its effective or last-updated date.
21Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Users are encouraged to first contact Oppa Ride Customer Support regarding complaints or disputes so that the matter can be investigated and, where possible, resolved promptly.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer’s right to seek relief from the LTFRB, Department of Trade and Industry, National Privacy Commission, courts, or another government agency having jurisdiction, where applicable.
